FlexMLS IDX API is available at $180/yr allowing a web developer (that's us – Online Media Designs) to custom build IDX real estate websites using the mls data. KAAR provides access to the Standard IDX Data Fee for a $250 setup fee. This solution is for professionals and allows the web developer to import the RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) data feed and customize the way it is displayed on the web site. Search engines also love to index pages from real estate websites using IDX API.
