What do the setup fees include?
The setup fees include installation, setup, and configuration of the Agent Control Panel and Add-Ons with the selected plan. Agent Control Panel is theme based with the option for upgrades and add-ons. The setup fees do not include domain registration or fees with transfering your domain. First month billing services do not start until after your site is up and running for a month. Therefore, there are no refunds for monthly services billed.

What if my company does not have a current theme?
If we do not have a current theme for your company we will custom design one and you can be the first to use it. ACP - Starter is the only plan that does not have the option to personalize the main photos of the site.

What if I don't like the theme for my company?
We offer all of our clients the ability to upgrade and request a custom theme at an additional cost. We also offer custom design work on third-party open source Content Management Systems (CMS) if you have outgrown ACP or need something more robust and powerful on the front-end.

What about IDX?
Agent Control Panel (ACP) is not a IDX solution and is designed for experienced agents that already have multiple listings and specialize in a specific area, region, or property type. IDX may be implemented in future updates but is not currently available.
