To create the welcome page, Jeff used PageModo.com, a free web-based service to design Facebook pages. The pagebuilder service offers no design or graphics skills needed, easy photos and video embedding, and instant publication with no coding required. Great real estate tool for Facebook! Installing a Facebook widget on your real estate website and can't find your Facebook id? Your Facebook id is located at the very top in the url. You can also find your Facebook id by hovering over your Facebook profile and looking at the status bar located on the bottom left of your browser.

Has anyone noticed that you're not seeing the latest posts from some of your friends or favorite fan pages? Facebook once again has made some new changes. The default setting is now set to "friends and pages you interact with most." There is a way to change these settings.

The new Facebook layout is now available for owners of Facebook fan pages that wish to preview the new update. The new features include fan notifications, top photos, news feed, and the ability to Like and post on other pages as your page. All you have to do is accept to preview your page and you'll be given the option to upgrade early. Otherwise, you will have to wait till March 10th, where all fan pages will be updated automatically.
