Need a free page rank tool to check how well your Real Estate website or blog is doing? PrChecker is a SEO tool that can check your page rank with Google. The free tool allows you to submit a single website, web page, or domain. Very useful tool for agents that are focused on increasing website traffic and influence. You results will be a value between 0 and 10. The highest score of course being the most influential.

Why is this important? If your website is failing to reach the top 10 search results on Google, you may need to change your marketing approach. You can learn more about getting top 10 results on one of my earlier posts.

@Property Lawyers. Good comment. PR rank is really your influence on the web... and to increase page rank you need quality backlinks. Any website that has good quality backlinks will have a high page rank.

There is plenty of different ways to check how your website is performing. I would not rely on page rank much. This measurement is not something that will give you all advantages in the world. On top of this it is not updated often, therefore it is very unreliable measurement. Check for quantity and quality of backlinks instead.

I did not develop this page but have tested the code and it does work. You must copy and paste the code on your website or create a new page and add the code. Once the page is up, you will then add a url (test a known website that has page rank) and click check PR. Your browser will redirect you to the Google PageRank Checker website where you will need to submit the anti-bot code for results. Hope this helps.

I have tried to follow this tutorial with no success. Your first example code is html but your downloaded code does not include an html document. I tried to take the downloaded code and run it on my web server and it does not present the pages. You get the enter you name box but nothing happens when you do. Also you see some of the code. I guess my question would be is the download code suppose to work.

PageRank is probably one of the most important algorithms ever developed for the Web. PageRank is not simply based upon the total number of inbound links. The basic approach of PageRank is that a document is in fact considered the more important the more other documents link to it, but those inbound links do not count equally. Good points here about Trust now being a major factor in search engine results, that goes with what Rand and others have been saying too. This also settles for me the value of a natural approach to gaining backlinks and not getting a huge bunch of them, or a large # of high pr backlinks in a short period of time - it rather undermines the Trust factor. I do wonder what you think of bing and how Trust does/will play a role in their results? It seems to me from a rather preliminary and cursory look at some results and comparing those to over at google and yahoo, that bing ofter relies more on the keyword/s being the actual url, which seems to me a rather poor way to rank sites/pages.
